Fantasy Football 2020: Thursday Night Football Preview, Daily Prop
By Alex Kurpeski
It’s The Mustache vs. The Beard on Thursday Night Football, as a pair of Florida football teams lock horns in the first game of Week Three. The Jaguars enter play with a surprisingly competent squad that just took the Titans to the wire, while the Dolphins are coming off of a close battle with the Bills. Both of these teams are extremely feisty, so this could be a really fun game for fantasy purposes.
What To Expect From The Jaguars
Miami’s defense is rather porous, so expect Gardner Minshew and James Robinson to take advantage. Stefon Diggs shredded this secondary on Sunday, so feel confident starting D.J Chark as well. This could very well develop into a shootout.
What To Expect From The Dolphins
The Dolphins seem to like what they have with the duo of Myles Gaskin and Jordan Howard, so look for them to establish the run early. If they trail at any point, expect some FitzMagic. Preston Williams, Mike Gesicki, and DeVante Parker are all decent starts here.
Fantasy Player of the Game: QB Gardner Minshew II
Minshew has been balling as of late. If the Jaguars win this game it will be because of his performance.
