Tyreek Hill Came This Close To A Historic Record Setting Fantasy Day
by Angel Maldonado Tejada (@Angel_TejadaFF)
Tyreek Hill was on another planet tonight.
Aided by the Buccaneers’ baffling decision to not double Hill for the entirety of the game, Hill snagged 13 passes for 269 yards and 3 touchdowns. That’s good for 57.9 fantasy points. That line looks ridiculous even for a Madden game.

That was just the beginning as the Buccaneers looked a step slower the entire afternoon and Mahomes took full advantage of it.

Alas, the third touchdown would be it for Hill as the Buccaneers finally realized doubling him over the top was in their best interest.

Jerry Rice holds the record for most PPR points (65.5) and Hill came ever so close to surpassing that, finishing with 57.9 on the afternoon. It would be hard to argue against Tyreek Hill as THE dynasty WR1 after this string of performances. Tied to Patrick Mahomes, it could very well be that the best is yet to come for Tyreek Hill. Who knows, maybe next time he’ll break Rice’s record.
