Creation of a Podcast Photo Essay

Rough Draft Photo Essay

The pandemic has taken a lot away from us. For almost a year now, we’ve been isolated indoors with little to do.

This is especially true for young-adult-college-students. College, a time that’s supposed to be filled with adventure and opportunities, has been reduced to Zoom University over the past year. It’s been difficult to stay motivated, with some studies saying that at least 42% of college students in a survey reported saying that motivation has been a difficulty.

While this is frustrating for both Professors and students alike, students have had fewer opportunities to find and build valuable connections through internships, with their best option being remote internships.  Obviously, this is less than ideal and has led to plenty of frustration and worry for students.

Most students have had to rely on remote internships to get them through this time. Here, Alex is pictured applying to a remote ESPN internship.

So what can students do? Sometimes, it’s best to take things into your own hands. This is how the 3CoSports Podcast came to fruition.

Alex, literally taking it into his own hands. Sometimes, all you need is a mic and a camera.

3CoSports was built on the idea that anyone can be a fantasy football analyst if you put in the work. Our job isn’t to be perfect, but rather to Entertain, Inform, and help you Win. For 2 years now, we’ve done that through the free content we provide on our website. But for a podcast, we needed a little more. We found the best co-host possible, Luke Sawhook, got our equipment, submitted our podcast to various platforms, and got ready to record.

Through comprehensive research and analysis, Alex Kurpeski has been delivering top-tier fantasy content for two years now.

The 3CoSports podcast, hosted by Luke, Alex, and Angel, will release two episodes per week this offseason!

We may not be able to connect in person, but we’ll be connecting over our love for fantasy football. We hope you’ll check us out on Spotify, iTunes, or wherever you get your podcasts from.

A microphone can broadcast to the world.

Thank You!!!

A Fantasy Podcast

The pandemic has taken a lot away from us. For almost a year now, we’ve been isolated indoors with little to do.

The pandemic has been a destructive force in our lives, taking away a year of experiences. For many, it’s been a source of anxiety and depression.

When asked to describe his experience with Zoom University, Kurpeski replied “Bad.”

Alex, literally taking it into his own hands. We’ve wanted to work on a Podcast for a while now, and the pandemic gave us the perfect opportunity to start building towards one.

For 2 years now, we’ve done that through the free content we provide on our website. Despite the pandemic, we consistently provided great content. But for a podcast, we needed a little more. We’re very excited to keep bringing you the same great fantasy content through a different medium. Since we started this venture, it’s been about learning and meeting new people.
